I was never active growing up. I never played any sports or was athletic at all. I’ve wanted to get FIT for a long time but could never really push myself to do it. I came across the boot camp online and I LOVE it so far! It pushes me far beyond what I’ve ever been able to do on my own. It’s super challenging for me not having done anything like this before, but I love feeling the results! Can’t wait to see how the reat of the class will go. I feel like this is a great start on my journey to being fit!
I had been searching for a while for a decent group classes to take in the Alamance County area when I happened to come across an ad for Brian’s boot camp. I was hesitant at first, but am SO GLAD that I took the plunge and decided to do it. The past 6 weeks have been a blast! Brian is an excellent motivator with a wonderful personality and sense of humor! If you’re looking for a place to have fun, and get a good workout that will kick your butt, and help you get motivated (whether it be for the first time, or if you’ve lost motivation), this is it. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the boot camp. I dare you to find a better class, with a better price tag than what Brian offers. It just won’t happen. I will DEFINITELY be doing it again!!
I LOVE this class!!! Brian is so motivating and it’s such a FUN class!!! I totally recommend it to anyone wanting to tone up and feel AWESOME!!!!
I give 5 stars! I lost 20 lbs in 6weeks, thanks to Brian working the hell out of us! I’m sad I will be missing the next class but I will be back soon as I can.
If you want to be challenged but not discouraged, this is the place to be!
I always said I’d never join another fitness center! Guess what, I did and I absolutely LOVE it!! The ladies here are wonderful. I’ve met new and old friends and working with each in a class or individually, It’s just crazy fun! Ladies, if you don’t leave this place happy after a good work out or class, something’s not right. Thanks Brian for providing such a great atmosphere and place to achieve our individual goals!
Taking the time before the end of 2017. I have truly been blessed. I will have been a member for almost a year. With boot camps sessions and the various dance exercise classes…I lost over 30 pounds. I am near the weight eight was a very, long time ago. Many people never seen me at this weight. They are surprised as to the reason why. Well i was over weight and unhappy… various life situations contributed to that. But ultimately i allowed it. But i am thankful for co-workers (Lisa, Kelli, Darlene) who i saw physical changes in and encouraged me to ” try” a class. I did and was hooked…then i signed up for my 1st boot camp session. I shortly after joined the gym and continued to sign up for them. Brian Johnson and his staff are great. And most of the ladies who workout are friendly and encouraging. I wanted to say “THANK YOU”.
It is a wonderful place to workout. The instructors put together such great programs to workout to and are so caring about everyone. All the ladies that I have met that workout there are so nice and fun to be with. It’s a great place to workout!!
Absolutely love this place, I have never on a consistent basis ever exercised in my life. I have been going since April and just signed up for my 3rd boot camp. Great instructors and all the women are so supportive
Perfect place for women to go and have fun! You never feel like you’re actually working out in the dance classes. Feels like you’re at a club in some of the classes Everyone who works there/goes there are all so nice and friendly! I love going here
Love, love, love this gym! Boot camp kicks my butt but I have lost some weight and gained some muscle, but most of all I feel so much better! I have more energy and look forward to going to the gym now instead of dreading it!
Complete fitness is a great place for women of any age who chooses to improve their health and lifestyle at any stage: beginner, intermediate, advanced. My bootcamp instructor, Rose gives me an encouraging push that I need when my body feels as though it can’t go any further.
I loved it! Bryan was so encouraging and made The Boot camp fun..everyone is so motivational..feels like a family! My body hurts because I just started but I can’t wait to go back , push myself and prove to myself I can do this!!
