While other gym locations, either due to their overall size or lack of concern, don’t provide workouts for their members, we do. When you become a member our job is to get you familiar with working out with the equipment safely. Our goal is to see you succeed in meeting your fitness goals so we provide you with training six days a week, giving you a baseline to work on while taking out the guess work of what to do. Every week the training provided changes to ensure that you don’t become complacent with the workouts.
